African American Mayor’s Association (AAMA)

The African American Mayors Association (AAMA), representing a network of over 600 mayors, empowers local leaders to enhance the well-being of their communities and shape public policies that drive the vitality and sustainability of cities nationwide. Axon is a proud member of AAMA’s Business Council, facilitating collaboration between mayors and corporate leaders to exchange best practices, address pressing challenges, share research and policy insights, create jobs, and strengthen communities.

NAACP’s NextGen Alumni Council (NextGen)

NextGen is a dynamic, membership-based organization of emerging leaders aged 21-45, including young professionals, elected officials, activists, educators, and community influencers. Its members hold key leadership positions within historic civil rights organizations, such as the NAACP and the National Urban League, as well as other civic-minded entities. With an active membership of 300 individuals across 32 states and a broader network of over 600, NextGen is at the forefront of shaping the future of civic leadership and social impact. Axon sponsors NextGen’s learning programs and partners by building opportunities for members to learn more about our products to support with their policy and public safety agendas.

NACOLE

The National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE) is a non-profit organization that works to create a community of support for independent, civilian oversight entities that seek to make their local law enforcement agencies, jails, and prisons more transparent, accountable, and responsive to the communities they serve. Axon is a sponsor of NACOLE’s annual conference ensuring intentional information sharing around the public safety products civilian oversight professionals regularly engage with.

National Urban League (NUL)

Axon is a proud member of the National Urban League’s (NUL) Urban Solutions Council, an exclusive group that fosters collaboration between the NUL and private sector partners. Together, council members identify strategic opportunities to align corporate resources with NUL's mission, driving impactful solutions through targeted policy forums and initiatives. The council’s work directly influences the priorities of NUL’s 90+ affiliate organizations nationwide and shapes the annual policy agenda that guides their efforts.

Techsgiving

Techsgiving is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing minorities in technology. Its flagship Pivot Program equips city residents with in-demand tech skills through structured learning cohorts, certifications, and professional development workshops. By collaborating with municipalities, Pivot helps build a skilled tech workforce, positioning cities as emerging tech hubs. Currently operating in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., Axon proudly partnered with Techsgiving to expand Pivot to Philadelphia, in collaboration with the Philadelphia National Urban League.

Mothers OnA Mission 28

Axon is a proud sponsor of Mothers OnA Mission28, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting survivors from under supported communities and individuals reentering society. Through its restorative healing forums, the organization provides clinical support to victims of violence and those transitioning back into their communities. By employing a holistic, trauma-informed approach, Mothers OnA Mission28 ensures that the unique needs of each participant are met with care and compassion.

Champions Of Change Foundation

Axon is a proud sponsor of Champions of Change (CoC) Annual Game Changer Gala and All-Star Basketball Game. Co-founded by Seattle Seahawks legends Doug Baldwin Jr., Michael Bennett Jr., and Cliff Avril, is dedicated to building community resilience and empowerment by providing strategic funding and support to local organizations. Axon’s Seattle headquarters is at the forefront of our software development and we're excited to continue our partnership by way of giving and volunteering with Doug and Champions of Change, to help those in need in the Seattle area.
